Exhaustion is easy to claim after the fact and hard to trust in the moment. This clinic isolates the marks that matter: climax volume, range exhaustion bars, and momentum divergence treated as a warning rather than a trigger.
Format
Short teaching blocks interleaved with timed chart drills. Groups are capped so every attendee marks at least one chart aloud.
Outcome
A one-page exhaustion filter you can paste into your journal before looking for confirmation.
