Journal
Journal fields that keep reversal work honest
A chart journal fails when it becomes a scrapbook of wins. For reversal training we insist on fields that expose process, not pride.
Minimum fields
Instrument, timeframe, exhaustion evidence, confirmation checklist score, planned invalidation, and outcome. Optional notes come last. If exhaustion evidence is empty, the trade should not have been taken under our method.
Mild failures matter
Record setups you skipped after confirmation failed. Those pages teach more than celebrating a clean flip. In coaching we often spend half the session on skips rather than entries.
Paper before screens
Some attendees still sketch structure by hand before photographing the screen. The delay reduces impulsive flips after a single colourful signal. It is old-fashioned. It works.
